Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

Prepare the Package

Place the BlazePod kit and all accessories back in their original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned pods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
